Approximately 3.1 million people in the U.S. suffer from IBD, with the highest growing population of those being diagnosed are patients under the age of 18. The mission of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. The Foundation sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality. They also offer a wide range of educational programs for patients and healthcare professionals, while providing supportive services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. These programs are supported solely through donors, grants, fundraising efforts, and sponsors.

Sponsoring TopGolf Fore a Cure brings OPG's business interests together with the philanthropic desires of the owners to give back to the community where we operate. OPG's owners, Paul and Jana Sarratori, have been active volunteers for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation ever since their niece, Rayna, was diagnosed with Crohn's the day before her 12th birthday. Rayna spent 2 years on nutritional therapy, learning to alter her diet and managing the life-style changes that come with this diagnosis. This will be her life until a cure is found. For the past 5 years, Jana has lead Rayna's Warriors (their family team) engagement in local events like Take Steps, Spin4, Touch of Football, and the annual Gala. Rayna's Warriors has been recognized several times as a top fundraising team and was awarded the Catalysts for Change award in 2020. Rayna's Warriors believes it is not a matter of if, but when a cure will be found and we are passionate about supporting the quest to conquer these diseases!
